POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be pivotal in supporting critical month-end close processes, support executing payroll functions, and performing balance sheet reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge in variance analysis and be eager to support innovative projects, including the integration of AI solutions to elevate accounting department efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) with emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting or related from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Possess a valid Texas driver’s license
• 1–3 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
• QuickBooks experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, month-end close, payroll processing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in using technology to enhance accounting processes.
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, auditing, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
