MTM Bali is the leading Cable TV and Internet Service Provider in Bali, and we are looking for an General Administrative to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are responsible for organizing our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and coordinate all daily administrative activities. This position is full-time and located in our Kuta office.

General Administrative responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Communicate with co-workers and assist them with their inquiries
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SMK in any field.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English is required.
