What You Will Do The entire learning pipeline — from data collection architecture to action policies for dexterous manipulation and safe physical AI. You will work directly with the founders to decide what we build, how we build it, and what we prioritize. Design, train and deploy end-to-end learning-based policies for home robots Ship autonomous robot skills to customers’ homes Implement learning pipeline for distributed, continual learning on a robot fleet deployed in customers’ homes What You Will Bring You have depth in robotics and autonomous manipulation, and you've meaningfully contributed to the field - through open-source work, robots that did actual work, or publications. You have: Taught physical robotsto do tasks autonomously, end-to-end— data collection → training → deployment on real hardware Have hands-on experience withBC,LfD, RL,DiT, RTC, VLA, WAMand solid theoretical understandingthereof Strong robotics fundamentals: kinematics/dynamics, control, ROS2.
