Staff Analyst - Business Project Management Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Ensure effective & efficient execution of respective Distribution Operations (DO) assignments, to meet Great China (GC) Distribution Business Goals and comply with Company's Compliance Policies Lead operational projects to enhance operational excellence (e.g. process digitalization) Facilitate regular project reviews, presenting progress updates to senior leadership. Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify business opportunities and risks. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor sales team KPIs Support other Distribution Operations activities such as Target Setting, Bluebook Reviews and Process Scheme Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor's degree or above (preferably major in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.) At least 3 years of working experience in roles related to project/process, sales operations, sales/marketing or business data analysis; Experience in semiconductor industry, distribution business or international companies is an advantage Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and data visualization best practices. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights Highly proficient knowledge in Project Management, Business Processes and Microsoft Office PowerPoint & Excel Certificates such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), and strong data analysis skills are pluses Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin and English Contact: Sunny.Wang@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
