onsemi is looking for an experienced engineer to join the SiC Product Division as a Staff Applications Engineer. This role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Staff Applications Engineer, you will work in a fast‑paced team that evaluates new Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies, validates next‑generation SiC power modules for industrial markets, and supports release to production. The work includes theoretical analysis of power converter topologies, simulation, and hands‑on bench testing. You will interact with leading global customers and collaborate with teams across onsemi.
