Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services. Also responsible for application and platform SLA's against operational commitments. Responsible for application security & compliance, ensuring application & data integrity. Responsible for a large or multiple components of a domain, product, program, or a pod. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Be responsible for providing operational leadership to support and maintain critical applications, data pipelines, processing platforms, and services. Partnering with users and product team to understand their application product operational needs; translate these into a support model for multiple products. Partnering with business and product team to define and tracks KPIs. Communicates operational status to users and leadership. Drives resolution of escalated items. Investigate root cause of severe and systemic outages, identify corrective actions and apply across the enterprise Develop availability measures that align with consumer experience to accurately assess the usability of crucial services Develop automated monitoring to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption Build capacity models to baseline transactional load compared to resource performance and leverage data to predict overall system capacity while automating load placement to avoid outages Develop response plans to potential failure points and evaluate effectiveness during planned tests Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Operations or IT Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job. Note: The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $165,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 6th, 2026.
