JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures • Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield. • Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups. • Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff • Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork • Emotional intelligence • Derive Continual Improvement and use of resources • Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in MNC industries, preferably 8 years’ experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. • Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently and able to solve basic technical issues. • Good computer literacy, SPC & OPAC knowledge. • Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude. • Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company. • Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
