Influence strategic sourcing decisions and support internal capability building through tailored training programs. Partner with educational institutions and community programs to strengthen the talent pipeline. Forecast emerging skill requirements and align resourcing strategies with long-term business goals. Prior experience in IT talent acquisition or vendor management. Familiarity with governance processes and compliance standards. Exposure to regional delivery models and global talent strategies. Ability to manage contractor conversion and headcount planning in collaboration with site leads.
