Staff B2B Copywriter Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6-7 days/week) Compensation: $95k – $165k total annual compensation Virio is building the AI marketer for enterprise. Virio pairs world-class content engineers with agentic AI research to create brand-safe, ICP-targeted executive content that drives real pipeline, not vanity metrics. Today, we run a done-for-you content engine for B2B executives. Tomorrow, we’re building a fully autonomous AI marketer embedded inside enterprise teams. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quick to hire the talent we need to continue scaling. What You’ll Do Produce high-quality executive content while maintaining editorial clarity, voice, and credibility. Support broader narrative arcs by shaping individual posts within a defined editorial strategy. Collaborate with senior editors to refine drafts, test formats, and uphold quality standards. Apply performance insights to improve clarity, resonance, and positioning of executive content. Contribute to the evolution of content systems, formats, and workflows used across client accounts. Work closely with designers and strategists to deliver cohesive executive content programs. Client-obsessed - You treat content as a strategic lever to deepen relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts. Execution-first - You don’t just pitch ideas - you write copy, ship posts, and iterate fast based on data.
