We are seeking an experienced Staff Backend Engineer to join a global, distributed Developer Experience team. In this role, you will work across multiple engineering teams to identify friction points, improve workflows, and enhance the overall development experience. You will spend time contributing hands-on code in Ruby and Go, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring engineers have fast, reliable tools to build and ship high-quality software.
