As a Staff Business Manager in CMBU you will have ownership and responsibility to manage the business aspects of bringing products and product lines to the market. Your influence and contribution will be throughout the product life cycle from early development phase all the way through EOL. The business manager is a key interface both to external and internal customers, working closely with other Business Managers, Business Development, Technical Customer Managers, Sales, Customers and Business Operations teams, as well as other functions in Micron. Role and Responsibilities: Drive Business Planning & Account Strategies: Align quarterly and annual business targets and implement account strategies to ensure the achievement of Micron’s business objectives. Collaborate on Demand Forecasting: Work with sales, marketing, and partners to generate unconstrained demand forecasts, analyze demand changes and evaluate scenarios for informed decisions. Improve Customer & Market Engagement: Consolidate customer and market data, lead supply and customer plans, maintain customer TAM and LTA performance, and increase margins through planning. Coordinate Product Life Cycle & Global Activities: Coordinate all phases of product and portfolio management, including go-to-market (GTM) planning, roadmap development, end-of-life (EOL) strategies, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with teams and drive continuous improvement by gathering new product requirements and improving processes, tools, reporting, and customer interaction. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines such as: Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management 5 years’ relevant product management, marketing, and supply chain experience Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment Proven high degree of collaboration and ability to build trust within a global, multicultural team environment, while maintaining positive relationships with team members and customers worldwide Intermediate to sophisticated level of expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint Strong analytic skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting sophisticated data Proficient communication skills, crucial for interacting with team members across various time zones Travel encouraged
