HOW YOU WILL LEAD

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.

  • 6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Strong academic record required. MBA, or equivalent, from a nationally recognized institution preferred or equivalent experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Southern California $150,000.00 - 202,500.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
