JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
Your team
You are part of PwC Switzerland’s technology user experience team. Together with your team you are responsible for the IT related onboarding and staff change processes for PwC Switzerland.
Your Impact
- Manage the IT related onboarding processes of all new joining PwC employees
- Work closely together with our Human Capital (HR) and our 3rd party IMACD service provider.
- Be responsible for managing and continuously enhancing our in-house developed Microsoft Power App based engine for staff changes and additional device.
- Organize and coordinate the IT aspects of our new joiner welcome days.
- Support and act as deputy for your team colleagues in their specific areas including Hardware and PC Lifecycle, Meeting Room Technology and operational provider coordination.

- Solid IT background and a comprehensive understanding of IT environments.
- Ability to easily identify the interconnections among IT systems as well as logical thinking skills.
- Excellence in organizing and collaborating with different stakeholders, a strong positive, service-oriented attitude and team-working ability.
- “Can do” attitude and readiness to assume responsibility immediately as well as a keen eye for detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent.
