Our client is seeking a Staff Costs Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the staff costs element of the P&L account, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cost centre managers, HR, and other stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage the staff costs element of the P&L account
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports analysing variances in staff costs
  • Collaborate with cost centre managers to review staff budgets
  • Develop robust forecasting models for staff costs
  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and HR
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and legal regulations related to staff costs
  • Lead the response to ad hoc requests for staff related expense analysis and reporting
  • Provide support to special projects and initiatives as required
