Clinical Psychologist: $55.09 - $67.15 per hour
Counsellor Level 3: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour
Psychologist: $39.01 - $57.10 per hour
Senior Psychologist: $60.12 - $65.14 per hour
Social Worker Level 3: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour

Responsibilities

The EAP Counsellor will provide a variety of services as part of the LHD Employee Assistance Program including short-term, confidential, solution focused counselling across a range of presenting issues for all LHD based staff and their families; stakeholder liaison and collaboration with other LHD business units, consultancy with Managers at every level towards addressing work-related issues, promoting employee wellbeing, and trauma support (post incident), advisory and counselling to staff when required. This position assists the LHD meet the requirements of “Employee Assistance Programs: NSW Health “(PD2016_045) and ACHS Accreditation standards.
