We’re looking for a bold and creative Staff Creative Designer to help bring the Confused.com brand to life across digital channels (specifically YouTube, Meta, Pmax, Demand Gen, TikTok - using video, animation and static ads). This is a hands-on, senior-level design role focused on turning our brand platform into high-performing, visually impactful communication across acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns.
Reporting into our Head of Advertising, you’ll be working closely with brand and performance marketing teams, as well as content, product design, and research teams to develop engaging creative that’s grounded in our brand, optimised for performance, and consistent across platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Own the creation of digital advertising across our video, animation and static imagery
  • Bringing our brand to life in digital channels, bringing clarity, energy and personality to every design creative execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content and performance teams to deliver creative that drives acquisition, engagement, and trust.
  • Influence the evolution of our design system, working closely with the Head of Design and Head of Advertising to identify gaps or opportunities based on campaign needs - without compromising system consistency or accessibility.
  • Deliver campaign creative at pace, working from early concepts to final assets across digital placements.
  • Contribute to creative workshops and reviews, shaping the visual tone and raising the bar for marketing design across the business.
  • Champion craft, brand coherence, and attention to detail, ensuring everything we ship feels purposeful, polished, and on-brand.
