Description

We are seeking a Staff Photographer who will be responsible for photographing products, styled editorials, and producing high quality and consistently beautiful images. The Staff Photographer must have proven experience with digital photography, studio lighting and conceptual editorial imagery. The ideal candidate will also possess an aptitude and attitude well-suited for collaboration and team-work. The Staff Photographer will work successfully with our Creative Team and Content Manager to coordinate and execute shoots that best represent our brand and meet Notre’s visual standards. Responsibilities: Photographing styled editorial shoots Photographing interviews and events Creating conceptual photo shoot plans in collaboration with the Creative Team and Content Manager Photographing still life and on figure following set guidelines and standards Set preparation, including appropriate lighting, prior to shoot Ensuring that all products are lit correctly Producing high quality images; ensuring exposure and color consistency Performing quality assurance on all images Cropping and processing of all images Naming and maintaining digital asset files Accurately archiving images Meeting daily and weekly production deadlines Maintaining general appearance of studio, proper storage of photo equipment and set painting. Assembling/disassembling backgrounds, sets, and photographic equipment to include lifting, carrying heavy and/or awkward equipment/materials Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in editorial photography Proven experience in ECommerce photography, digital cameras, and lighting High technical proficiency in photo editing programs Ability to work well with a team Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced studio environment with a high daily shot count Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities Positive attitude, proactive and able to take initiative Detail-oriented and creative Portfolio demonstrating work (must be submitted with resume in order to be considered for position)

Responsibilities

The Staff Photographer will photograph styled editorial shoots, interviews, and events while ensuring high-quality images that meet brand standards. They will also collaborate with the Creative Team and Content Manager to create conceptual photo shoot plans.
