As a key member of the Data Insights team’s Business Intelligence initiative you will work to build scalable reporting and business decision-making tools to answer some of the company’s most important questions, optimize, develop and implement workflows, and ultimately effect change and improve efficiency throughout the company.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain advanced, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools like Looker
  • Lead complex analyses that uncover trends, evaluate performance, and drive strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their business goals and deliver data-driven solutions aligned to their priorities
  • Translate open-ended business questions into structured analytical projects
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
  • Partner with teams across the organization—including Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Finance—to develop cross-functional insights
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities where analytics can drive business impact
  • Mentor analysts and help define team standards, best practices, and learning opportunities
  • Advocate for data literacy and enable adoption of BI tools across teams
