We are seeking a highly skilled analytics professional to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, develop scalable data products, and implement measurement systems that support teams across the company. You will introduce advanced analytical methods such as predictive modeling and causal inference to elevate decision-making, while fostering a culture of data literacy. Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end analytics, transforming complex business challenges into actionable insights and scalable data products. Implement and maintain measurement systems that track business performance and guide strategic decisions. Introduce advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modeling and causal inference, to elevate business decision-making. Mentor and coach stakeholders to improve data literacy and foster a data-driven culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and consistently used in decision-making. Build reusable dashboards, reports, and data assets to empower teams across the organization. Influence strategy at scale by providing insights that shape both customer-facing and internal business initiatives. Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through effective data storytelling. Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R. Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Superset, Looker, Tableau) and data modeling frameworks (dbt preferred). Familiarity with ELT/ETL pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow). Proven track record of delivering analytics impact at scale and mentoring colleagues. Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
