DESCRIPTION
The Agency’s vision for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is to proactively manage assets throughout their lifecycle to ensure their availability for prescribed use, consistent with prevailing best practices, as promoted by the International Standards Organization under ISO 55000. The EAM Program drives initiatives that coordinate asset management standards and practices across Authority facilities. Through workforce empowerment and continuous improvement in processes, technology, work methods, and tools, the EAM Program optimizes asset risk, performance, and cost.
Under the direction of EAM Senior Program Manager of Implementation, the Staff Data Analyst plays a key role in collaborating with stakeholders and developing user-centric products that solve technical business problems and drive performance. Using tools such as relational databases, SQL, SAP, Microsoft’s Power Platform, and more, this role ensures the right people have access to the information they need, when they need it. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of soliciting and synthesizing customer feedback to improve information systems and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, the ability to develop creative solutions to unique data and operational problems, and a mindset of continuous improvement are required.
