We are looking for a Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer to lead design, architecture and implementation of the next generation of data infrastructure and platform to enable our partners and employees across the company to find actionable, high quality insights more efficiently, predictably and sustainably.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities
  • 8+ years of experience in data infrastructure and / or backend software engineering.
  • Solid experience working with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, and EMR to build and manage scalable data infrastructures. While familiarity with data tools like Snowflake and / or Databricks is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with data processing engines like Spark is highly desirable.
  • Strong software engineering skills, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in one or more languages like Python, GoLang, Java, Ruby, or C++.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a proactive, “can-do” attitude in managing projects and delivering high-quality results.
