This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview: As a marketing data professional, you will be responsible for analyzing tens of millions of data points and providing actionable insight for marketing managers and leadership. This insight will help us to create WOW experience for our customers. Marketing analytics creates meaningful insights, seeks answers to complex business questions, and enables effective marketing campaigns. You will be a member of the Taiwan marketing team with members from all over the world. You will get a broad end-to-end view of the aggressive expansion of an e-commerce business What You Will Do: Collaborate and be a thought partner for marketing managers, CRM managers, marketing engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Build machine learning models include but are not limited to customer churn, product sales, banner clicks and sales of marketing campaigns. Train and deploy machine learning models on both in-house and cloud-based platforms. Perform insightful analysis on growth marketing (customer & product) metrics to enable effective marketing campaigns. Provide clear and actionable recommendations on CRM promotions by analyzing user behavior data in the APP. Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing and regression analysis on online ad performance. Create a data pipeline to ensure data availability and quality. Interpret and present your data story to marketing leadership. Foster an analytic culture as part of a growing data team. Basic Qualifications 5+ years’ working experience in machine learning. 3+ years’ working experience in SQL. 3+ years’ working experience in Python. Attention to the detail with ability to validate data, identify data flaws, and create analytical reports. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and exercise judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to share analysis results in clear and concise manners. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (both verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail / E-commerce industries. Experience in growth marketing and CRM function. Master’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, data science or equivalent experience. Experience in data ETL and data engineering. Experience in AWS or GCP. Strong English skills (both verbal and written).
