Job Description We are seeking a Design Implementation Staff Engineer responsible for RTL implementation, integration, and sign‑off quality delivery of Automotive MCUs. In this role, you will participate in the full front‑end (FE) design flow, from specification review through RTL coding, synthesis, timing/power closure, and close collaboration with verification, DFT, and backend teams. The engineer is also expected to drive design quality, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to methodology and reuse improvement across MCU products Key Responsibilities 1. RTL Design & Implementation Implement MCU IPs or subsystems (e.g., clock/reset, system control, power management, bus fabric, peripherals) from architecture and implementation specifications Perform RTL coding, integration, and configuration at block, subsystem, or chip‑top level Ensure design complies with automotive quality, safety, and low‑power requirements 2. Synthesis, Timing & Power Execute logic synthesis, timing constraint development (SDC), and timing closure Analyze and optimize performance, area, and power (PPA) Support low‑power design techniques 3. Design Quality & Sign‑off Run and close readiness checks Review design against specs, DFMEA, and design guidelines Support design reviews and sign‑off decisions 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with verification, DFT, backend, system, and validation teams Support debug and root‑cause analysis of design issues across simulation, emulation, and silicon bring‑up Communicate effectively with global teams 5.
