Requirements for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

• RN or LPN in state of Massachusetts in good standing
• Infection Preventionist Certification preferred
• SDC experience preferred

Job Duties for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

• Dementia training and policy and procedures
• Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
• Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
• Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance
• Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
