Salary Range USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Work with staff, department heads, and facility Administration to identify and understand the educational needs of the facility staff. Develop and implement educational programs to address these needs and participate in developing programs designed for on-the-job training and orientation classes for newly assigned department personnel. Manage clinical competencies and coordinates both general and clinical orientations. Attend and participate in workshops, seminars and in-services to keep abreast of current changes in the health care field and to maintain a professional status.
