About The Team The Horizons DevOps and Infrastructure team supports large-scale, data-intensive platforms that power real-time adtech and data science workloads across the organization. The team owns and operates critical infrastructure and data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and Kubernetes-based services, processing fifty billions of requests and tens of terabytes of data daily. Working closely with data engineering, data science, and security teams, the group focuses on building reliable, scalable, and automated systems that enable high-throughput data processing, analytics, and ML workflows. Team members take end-to-end ownership of production systems, influence architectural direction, and play a key role in evolving the platform as the organization integrates new technologies and scales further. About the Job We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate highly scalable, reliable infrastructure supporting a modern adtech data platform. This role offers the opportunity to manage systems at a scale and throughput unmatched by most industries, working with real-time data, high-availability services, and large-scale distributed systems. You will partner closely with engineering, data engineering and data science teams to enable fast, safe, and automated delivery across cloud-native and data-intensive environments, with a focus on providing infrastructure and platforms as a service. The US-based salary range for this position is $163,500 to $269,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
