Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical degree with proven work experience. 5+ years of prior work experience in consulting engineering or other business working in the MEP or clean energy sectors. PE, CEM or LEED AP certification or other engineering- or energy-related accreditation, certification or training. Experience or keen interest in project management and project delivery.
