Description
Collaborate with software development stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the methodology and tooling. Analyze business needs and convert it into requirements. Manage and prioritize incoming requests for changes, enhancements, and bug fixes. Ensure the methodology and tooling are aligned with industry best practices and relevant standards (e.g. Provide training and support to users of the methodology and tooling, including documentation, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, project managers and software development experts experience in rollout and sustaining of an integrated software solution in a very process-driven R&D environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software development with broad exposure to whole end-to-end SW dev. lifecycle (from requirements to release) Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) or content mgmt. solutions and relevant embedded software methodologies Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tooling Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt and problem-solving skills.
