We are seeking a RTL Design Engineer with experience in storage/memory controllers (SSD, NAND, DDR), responsible for high-performance controller design and automation-driven development. Key Responsibilities: Develop RTL for SSD/NAND/DDR controllers (data path, DMA, scheduling). Implement protocols: NVMe, PCIe, DDR, ONFI/Toggle NAND. Optimize for performance, latency, and power. Support verification, integration, and silicon debug. AI for Automation (Nice to have) Apply AI/ML techniques for: RTL design automation and code generation Failure triage and debug analysis Performance tuning and workload prediction Use scripting (Python) for automation and data analysis.
