Maintaining the Teradyne Ultra-flex and Ultra-flex plus Test system, Tri Temp Wafer level test system, 93K Test system, Tri Temp Handler system. ATE Hardware debug and Soldering expertise on the fine pitch components. Responsibility of taking care on the ATE Hardware and Device Inventory for the ICW. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsibility to take care of the Ultra flex ATE Test system, 93k Test system, Wafer Level Test system and work towards the enhancement of the new ATE instruments to support for Multi sites. Be a part of ICW TE team to support on the ATE hardware and Socket related repair works for the team. Expertise in creating and maintaining the Prober Setup files for the ICW devices for Tri Temperature. Expertise in creating and maintaining the Handler Setup files for the ICW devices for Tri Temperature. Nighttime data collection (Char/Yield. Checkout) for ICW devices and support the global location team for the board setup. Managing the complete responsibility of the inventory of the ATE hardware and devices. Responsibility to maintain all the bench level equipment maintenance and calibration which is supported for ICW Test Engineering team. Responsibility to maintain the ICW ATE Lab with ISO standards. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Lab Technician responsible for maintaining the ATE Test equipment Ultra-flex, 93k, wafer testing system, Bench equipment. Managing the ATE Hardware and Device inventory. Knowledge on ATE maintenance – Teradyne -Ultra-flex/ Ultra-flex Plus and 93K is preferable. Knowledge on Soldering of the small pitch components. Good knowledge on debugging the ATE Hardware, Probe cards and Sockets. Good team player in a multi-site work environment. Excellent communication skills. Good written skills. Knowledge in Electronics, Mechanics and Software.10+ years’ experience in ATE Test solution development.
