Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Solutions Development Engineer to join our team, focusing on Power products (Point of Load (PoL) and Power stages). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and releasing test solutions for production, improving test yields, reducing test costs, and mentoring junior engineers. Additionally, the role will involve leading new product development for power products. Job Description In your new role you will: Test Solutions Development: Design, develop, and release test solutions for Power products (PoL and Power stages) on ETS/V93K platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test solutions meet product requirements and specifications Develop and maintain test programs, test scripts, and test fixtures Test Yield Improvement and Test Cost Reduction: Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and implement yield-enhancing and cost-reducing techniques Develop and implement test optimization strategies to reduce test time and improve test efficiency Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement test improvements and monitor results ATE Characterization: Characterize and validate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for Power products Develop and maintain ATE characterization reports and documentation Product Fab Transfer: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to transfer products from development to production Ensure smooth transition of test solutions and processes to production Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers in test solutions development, test yield improvement, and test cost reduction techniques Provide guidance and support to junior engineers in their professional development New Product Lead Responsibilities: Lead new product development for Power products, ensuring successful product launch and ramp-up Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop test plans, and execute test solutions Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: 6 to 9 years experience in ATE Test engineering Expertise in ETS800/ETS88/ETST364/V93K-P power testing Expertise in Test hardware design for high current/high voltage tests Experience in C/C++/VB/Java programming Experience on Multi phase Buck/Boost controllers/Point of Loads/Powerstage products Automotive power products experience Solid in Power products testing fundamentals Good communication skills Team working attitude Willingness towards continuous learning/improvements Contact: Shavin.shashidhar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
