This role can be based in either London or Peterborough offices (hybrid working).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Raise the bar for engineering excellence across your domain, fostering alignment and best practices.
• Develop short to medium-term strategies, designing roadmaps for evolving our products and services.
• Provide guidance on service delivery, collaborating with fellow engineers and reducing complexity.
• Advocate for engineering excellence, contributing to company-wide standards and processes.
• Drive adoption of standards and processes across the organization, providing technical input into planning.
• Take a risk-based approach to decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
