Description

1.Possesses deep knowledge with more than 3 years' experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on productivity program include Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M) and Area(A) Efficiencies. 2.Interface of segment IE (Frame Power Module), responsible for all of the IE relevant activities include KPI (Personal efficiency, material efficiency, capital efficiency, CTs) and NLoP pipeline fulfillment rate. 3.Conduct in-dept analysis and identify P-C-M-A improvement potential. Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include layout, OEE/UPH improvement and waste reduction. 4.Drive and deploy the yearly site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR. 5.Site core leader to roll out the BEPS system and provide governance on Manufacture data dill down analysis. 6.Cooperate with BE IE to define the efficiency. Standard ,improvement governance method and deploy to operation 7.Apply IE advance tools (such as Simulation, HC Model, P-C-M-A linkage) to support IE Digitalization. 8.Support Frame Power Module automation project roll out. 1. Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related discipline. 2. More than 3 years' relevant working experience in Industrial engineering field, Relevant experience in semiconductor industry. 3. Solid knowledge about IE standard tools (Such as VSM, SMED, 7x waste, LEAN, KANBAN), relevant improvement experience will be a plus. 4. Strongly sensitive to data, green belt 6 sigma basic concept and using statistics for data analysis. 5. 6. Good problem solving skill with innovative idea is plus.
