Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Define best-fit test solutions for new packages and products Develop test handling capabilities for new packages and products Execute buy-off and release activities for new, upgraded, or modified handlers, conversion kits, contactors, docking systems, and software revisions Define equipment and test technology buy-off and release processes Document equipment and test technology development, buy-off, and release in accordance with business processes Define, compile, and review scopes of work with equipment suppliers for development projects Define and execute test cell design guidelines and conduct design reviews with equipment suppliers prior to tool build Govern equipment software, and recipe management Lead medium- to high-complexity test cell engineering work packages Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor test handling–related functions (e.g., Gravity Feed, Pick & Place, Strip Test platforms) Proficient in AutoCAD (or equivalent) and well-versed in mechanical drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic project management skills Experience in statistical data analysis Knowledge of mechanical, material, and thermal simulation tools is an added advantage Knowledge of electrical test methodology is an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
