Greenstone is looking for a Staff Engineer - Front End, to play a critical role in shaping the future of our user-facing applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, modern front-end solutions that elevate user experience and drive business impact.
You’ll play a key role in defining and executing a front-end technology strategy to modernise the existing application and move towards a responsive web interface, driving architectural alignment and technical consistency while providing subject matter and technical expertise.
As a hands-on technical leader, you’ll also drive architectural decisions, improve team processes, and mentor engineers across our Product Engineering teams.

• Drive Front-End Architecture: Define and lead the front-end technical strategy, frameworks, and standards in collaboration with technical leaders to support platform modernisation.
• Lead Solution Design: Guide the design of complex front-end applications across teams, ensuring consistency with architectural goals and best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Facilitate technical decision-making, manage technical debt, ensure performance against SLOs, and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
• Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Contribute to full lifecycle development, create reusable components, and uphold strong coding and review standards.
• Mentor and Uplift Capability: Share knowledge, coach engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and front-end excellence.
