THE STAFF FULLSTACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY
This position will be reporting to the Engineering Manager of Platform Observability. We are looking for a Senior/Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Platform Support Experience Engineering Team. This team is focused on creating and maintaining support tools to help our customers and teammates get the help they need when they need it. On Support Experience, you would join a team of exceptionally talented individuals, where you will solve interesting challenges involving high-touch support applications. Another area of focus would be Jira Service Desk Ticket triage, where we look to identify challenges for our product engineering teams and find automated solutions to help reduce support fatigue.
