KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines as an individual contributor. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions. * Utilize your international experience to provide insights into best practices and innovative approaches from global markets. * Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. * Conduct technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance our engineering processes. * Develop and maintain documentation for all engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. * Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and provide technical expertise. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field); Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 3 of experience in engineering roles, with at least 1 in an international setting. * Proven track record of successful project management and execution in diverse environments. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * Proficiency in Golang, Node.js preferred.
