Description
Develop technology specific mask (frame) designs, conduct and document quality control measures. Improve processes and develop new technical methodologies to raise efficiency and implement new requirements. Autonomous coordination of product tape-outs Deliver optimization concepts for the reticle layout to achieve higher quality, lower cost and improved pre-assembly yield. Manage and dispatch change processes As a Staff Engineer Kerf Design, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Furthermore, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner. Lastly, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises. A master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Science or a related field of study At least 3 years of work experience Knowledge in semiconductor technology e.g. in technology development and lithography processes Profound Programming skills (e.g. Python or Ruby) Experience in conceptional work on processes, data structures and automation Experience with CCM and RDDF systems would be preferred Basic experience with layout design & verification software (Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, Cadence Design Systems or similar) will be considered as an added advantage Excellent English communication skill.
