Description

Lead Front Of Line (Die Attach) planned maintenance teams groups in Die Attach Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available. Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions. Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach. Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes. Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents. Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). Preferably >3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement.
