Description

Responsible for setup of unit process development for both new and refurbished tools to achieve cost target with high quality in timely manner. Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp. Work with Process Integration for the Design of Experiments and analyze end results for device design. Supports unit process, material and equipment roadmap and strategy 1. Education = PhD in Physics (major in Ion Implantation or Laser) 2. Working experience = related field (Implant Process) experience is a plus. 3.
