Staff Engineer Product Application - MEMS Microphones Packaging Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Understand packaging houses requirements and the end applications, collect requirements and share clear notes in English with our team Recommend the best technical solution to meet performance, cost, and quality targets Support packaging houses to assemble microphones with our bare diechips and share best practices Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. datasheet, handling guides, wafer information, and assembly guides) in both Chinese and English Test the final package microphone and run customer specific measurements, analyze data, and report results Work closely with design, test, and quality teams to solve customer issues quickly and give feedback to improve our products Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Microsystems Technology, Microelectronics or similar Very good English language skills, please submit your CVs in English At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of MEMS microphones or semiconductor packaging Deep knowledge in the following fields: Audio, Bare-die handling, MEMS, Analog or Digital ASIC design, Microphones Practical lab experience, device characterization and, failure analysis Hands-on experience in writing technical documents are a plus Self-driven and proactive in driving tasks and progress Solid networking, team, and communication skills Contact: sunny.wang@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
