Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Drive yield, cost and quality for responsible product, as well as collaboration with FE, assembly, clusters and business divisions Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCRB and any platforms to ensure safe release Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause Define the yield roadmap and drive the fulfillment during ramp-up and volume production together with PRM. Identify and realize measures for yield improvement, test optimization and product costt durability methods Provide leadership in solving manufacturing problems requiring product / test engineering expertise. Able to lead cross functional team to achieve quality, yield, cost, lot on hold and project target and timeline. Drive FAR reduction for customer electrical failure. Support in FAR Product test data analysis and customer audit. Buyoff/release Test HW (DIB/DUT/MTU/PTU). Support of test debugging (e.g. test setup for vendor/TE/etc).Support of BE test program release (TPAC/TCRB) Technical interface between the component development team and the production side (Front End and Back End), during the development phase or after qualifications when the high volume production is running. SBA/AYR/ Electrical Bin set-up, control and monitoring for the respective product. Drive lot on hold WIP reduction and lot deviation reduction. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience in product, yield and test engineering. Broad knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly and quality system Good interpersonal communication skills Good analytical thought and problem solving knowledge Willing to take responsibility Possess good Product technical knowledge and able to guide junior engineer.
