As our Staff Engineer, R37 you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that drive real business outcomes. Every day, you will own large, ambiguous business problems end-to-end, working backwards from the desired outcome to architect, build, and operate systems that are robust, scalable, and maintainable. To thrive in this role, you must be a good communicator with a proactive sense of engagement and provide technical leadership.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $140,000.00-$300,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan.
