Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams. Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and globally distributed teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
