Description

Support the division to facilitate their development portfolio at the wafer fabrication site Kulim. Interact with remote technology development and product development to achieve the required target performance of the technologies in development. Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard and ensure adherence to development to manufacturing guidelines. Owner of technology process routes until Project Milestone T9 completion. Provide expert feedback on technology related problems, planned measures and quality related topics. Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry Minimum 3-5 Year of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry preferred, BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience with Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) would be highly appreciated. Familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
