Staff Engineer Test Engineering Your Role In this position, you will be responsible for the development and release in BE production of a stable and optimized test program forsilicon microphones. Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and maintain a test program for silicon microphones in back-end Troubleshoot and analyze problems in test program and tester related issues Work with our OSAT colleagues deploy the BE test package to the subcon Assist business unit in achieving challenging engineering schedules Take ownership to drive area of responsibility to full resolution of the critical issues Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in product testing or product engineering Experience with test hardware design/fabrication Understand the fundamentals of semiconductor testing Experience in mixed-signal test is key. Good working knowledge of DSP-based testing and proficient in C++ programming Knowledge and familiarity of ATE testers platforms (in particular Advantest A93k) A strong team player, working alongside with colleagues in Germany and China, putting in hours to cater for the time difference of the 2 locations Experience in testing of MEMS Microphone is an added advantage Contact: sunny.wang@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
