In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Failure Analysis team and performing detailed failure investigations and root cause analyses on discrete, analog, and power module products. Your work will support requests from customers (EFAR), Reliability teams, New Product Development, and Production. You will utilize various analytical techniques such as electrical characterization, physical inspection, cross-sectioning, SEM/EDX analysis, and other advanced failure analysis tools to identify failure mechanisms and provide actionable insights. Your findings will contribute to product improvement, yield enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
