Staff & Finance Analyst Company: BBST - Brazil Boeing Brazil is seeking a Staff & Finance Analyst, reporting to the Global Enterprise Services Manager, working out of the São José Dos Campos office. Joining the Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) team, the successful candidate will be a highly organized professional, adept at prioritization and bilingual communication (Portuguese and English). We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to serve as the focal point for the local credit card program. Key responsibilities include supporting organizational efficiency through administrative assistance, process analysis, project management, and other business tasks. This individual will ensure excellence in payment and financial processes, including (but not limited to) the activities described below: Position Responsibilities: Administer the Local Credit Card program by managing users, accounts, and card requests, prepare related reports and resolve daily issues escalating when appropriate. Support miscellaneous business functions as part of the Business Support Specialists team to deliver services to the internal customers. Support facility operations, provisioning, non-real-property planning, and project administration. Perform routine recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax tasks; Interface with suppliers to manage invoices and its payments. Interface with external accounting providers to ensure Tax payments are complete and compliant. Document business processes and procedures to safeguarding people, property, and the environment, ensuring alignment with compliance standards. Provide guidance on issues from Local Hires and international assignees. maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and peers. Support back-office activities for HR, Security, IT and Finance, acting as a bridge between local operations and headquarters to ensure successful project implementation. Analyze office and property accounting data, tax policies, and business objectives to recommend strategic solutions. Assist procurement agent in negotiating vendor costs and organizing local site activities. Manage business support services and traveler assistance for Enterprise Services, Site Services, and Supplier Management. Implement HR processes for international local hire (onboarding, leave and termination) and assist international assignee with routine concerns. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Must have a degree in Administration, Economics or other related fields. • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language. • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) • Experience as Facilities or Finance Analyst. • Experience processing invoices and payments through multiple online tools, including payment reconciliation. • Strong ability to build and sustain positive, effective working relationships at all levels both internal and external. • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned and willingness to take on additional projects as growth opportunities. • Proven integrity and high standards for maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Experience using Concur travel/expense software or a similar travel and expense management system. • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems. • Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations.
