We are seeking a proactive, strategic problem-solver to join our Intuit Business Operations team as a Program Manager, focused on delivering significant business outcomes for Intuit. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
San Diego, CA $143,500- $194,000
Mt. View, CA $154,000 -$208,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We are seeking a candidate who can quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Intuit and Finance, and who is recognized as a collaborative team player. Intuit Business Operations is a talent pipeline for future company leaders, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential in this role.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
A strong academic record is required. MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution is preferred. 6+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple complex, technical and non-technical programs. Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments and forge strong partnerships across organizations to achieve optimal results in complex programs. Outstanding communication skills, tailored for executive-level audiences. Proven ability as an effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator, adaptable across various organizational structures and levels. Demonstrated ability to rally teams around execution plans, clearly articulate challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp end-to-end processes and adapt to new business domains. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing issues within teams and the company. A passion for excellence and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the business. Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound business acumen. Comfortable operating effectively at both tactical and strategic levels. Ability to drive progress and adapt effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
