Job Responsibilities: * Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies; * Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets; * To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB; * Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs; * Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints; * Develop and build long-term relationship with customers; * Manage offsite BDC whenever required. Job Requirements: * Diploma holders in any discipline. * SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication and customer-handling skills * Must be willing to work on shift hours. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
